Items necessary for assembly of personal model

       Phillips Screw Driver #2 Tip

#12 x ¾" Phillips Head Screws   (One in each quarter of the ring and 2 in the base.)

12-  ¼ Hex Bolts (4 with Nuts)

STEP #1

CHECK PARTS AS YOU UNPACK AND LAY THEM OUT ON THE FLOOR AS SHOWN.

 

STEP #2

INSERT LOWER EXTENSIONS RIGHT & LEFT SIDE INTO BASE AND ATTACH WITH PINS OR BOLTS.

 

STEP #3

ROTATE CONNECTOR ON BASE AND HOLD BOTH SIDES IN PLACE TEMPORARILY WITH BOLTS, THEN INSERT UPPER LEG INTO BASE AS SHOWN AND ATTACH THE BOLTS.

*If you have difficulty putting pipe into fittings, rub dish washing liquid on the inside of the fitting and outside of the pipe for easier insertion.

 

STEP #4

ASSEMBLE 4 PARTS OF MAIN RING TOGETHER AND ATTACH WITH ¾" PHILLPS HEAD SCREWS.

* RING MUST BE LAYING ON FLAT SURFACE IN ORDER FOR SCREW HOLES TO LINE UP.

 

 

STEP #5

Insert ring into upper and lower extensions as shown and attach pins or bolts

Once ring is attached pins or bolts should be used to adjust ring as shown.

Caution:

After prolonged use the exercise cords may experience fatigue. Like anything else, they do wear out. It would be in your best interest to periodically inspect the straps for excessive wear. Breakage while in use could cause injury. Replacement straps are available. A complete set of straps (2) costs $25.99

7 Exercises That Will Make You A Better Golfer!

The feed back from these exercises will enable you to learn the correct movements needed to establish a perfect swing plane

Exercise #1 WAIST HIGH / TOE UP

Grip the left exercise cord in the left hand, grip the club, and take the address position. Take the club back to waist high with the toe pointing up. HOLD that position for one count of 10; then execute 10 repetitions.

 

 

 

Exercise #2 PARALLEL 90 DEGREE

Grip the left exercise cord in the left hand, grip the club, and take the address position. Take the club back...arm parallel to the ground, club shaft at 90 degrees (11:00), and the toe of the club pointing up HOLD that position for one count of 10; then execute 10 repetitions.

 

 

Exercise #3 TOP OF SWING / TOE DOWNPARALLEL 90 DEGREE

Continuing with the left exercise cord in the left hand, grip the club, and take the address position. . Take the club back to the top of the swing with the toe down HOLD that position for one count of 10; then execute 10 repetitions.

 

 

 

Exercise #4 FOLLOW THRU TOE UP

Grip the 2 exercise cords, left in the left hand / right in the right hand. Grip the club, and take the address position. Take the club back to the top of the swing and swing to waist high (3:00) on the follow thru with the toe of the club pointing up. HOLD that position for one count of 10; then execute 10 repetitions.

 

Exercise #5 PARALLEL 90 (1:00)

Grip the two handles, left in the left hand/right in the right hand, and assume the address position. Take the club back with the left arm parallel to the ground and the club at 9O degrees (1:00). Hold that position for one count of 10; then execute 10 repetitions

 

 

Exercise #6 FINISHING SWING

Grip the two handles, left in the left hand/right in the right hand, and assume the address position. Make a complete swing (nice and smooth from start to finish). Hold the finish for one count of 10; then execute 10 repetitions.

 

 

Exercise #7 WAIST HIGH TO WAIST HIGH / TOE UP

Grasp the two handles, left handle in left hand/right in the right hand, and assume the address position. Make a swing waist high back - toe up, then waist high thru - toe up. HOLD that position for one count of 10; then execute 10 repetitions.
